These Terms of Service govern your use of Voiceavel, a product of CodingWisely LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By using our application or website, you agree to these terms.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Voiceavel on the number of devices specified by your plan (1 for Free, 3 for Pro). You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the application.
2. Free and Pro Plans
The Free plan includes the Local AI provider at no cost, forever. The Pro plan ($29/year or $89 lifetime) unlocks additional AI providers (OpenAI, Groq) and multi-device support. Pro users must provide their own API keys for cloud providers.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment with no renewal. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee — contact us for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
4. API Keys and Third-Party Services
Pro features require your own API keys from OpenAI and/or Groq. You are responsible for any costs incurred through these services. We do not store, access, or manage your API keys — they are kept locally on your device.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Voiceavel for any unlawful purpose, to share or distribute license keys, or to circumvent any licensing mechanisms in the application.
6. Limitation of Liability
Voiceavel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to inaccurate transcriptions, data loss, or service interruptions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your Pro features will be disabled but the Free tier will continue to function.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email of any material changes. Continued use of Voiceavel after changes constitutes acceptance.
